행사 개최 전, 파주시 일자리센터의 직업상담사들은 참여기업의 급여 및 근무시간, 직무내용 및 복지서비스 등의 구인 조건을 면밀히 검토, 구직 대상자에 맞게 세세히 분류함으로써 면접당일 구인·구직간 미스매치를 최소화하고 맞춤형 집중 상담이 이뤄질 수 있도록 했다.
