파주시는 7월부터 초·중등 학생들의 창업가 정신을 길러주는 지역맞춤형 창업체험교육 활동을 본격 시작한다고 밝혔다.
파주시 민간위탁기관인 파주진로체험지원센터(이하, 센터)는 올해 4월 경기도교육청 공모사업인 ‘2022년 창업가 정신 함양교육 생태계 조성사업’에 경기북서권역 거점센터로 선정돼 2,500만원의 예산을 지원받았다.

센터는 지원받은 예산으로 파주를 포함한 인근 7개 지역(연천, 김포, 고양, 동두천, 부천, 양주)의 초·중등 학생, 특수교육 대상 학생들에게 창업교육 프로그램인 ‘모두 함께 창창대로’를 지원한다.
‘모두 함께 창창대로’ 프로그램은 기본 프로그램과 창업교육 캠프(1일)로 운영되며, 기본 프로그램은 미래사회와 창업가 정신, 지역 문제 발견, 아이디어 발굴·구체화, 시제품 및 투자설명회, 발표 및 창업 현장체험 탐방으로 구성된다.
지난 1일 금촌중학교 일반학생을 시작으로, 7일에는 파주교육지원청 특수교육지원센터에서 특수반 학생 및 학부모를 대상으로 ‘모두 함께 창창대로’ 캠프를 지원했으며, 파주시 관내 9개교와 연천군, 고양시의 중학교 3개교를 순차적으로 지원할 계획이다.
