파주시 운정2동(동장 김윤정)은 지난 13일 지역사회보장협의체(위원장 신영균)와 명가원설농탕 운정점(대표 박세인)이 참여해 취약아동 식사지원을 위한 나눔 협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이날 협약을 통해 명가원설농탕 운정점(운정2동 소재)은 관내 한부모가족, 미혼모가정 등 결식 우려가 있는 가구를 대상으로 매월 무료 식사를 지원하기로 했다.

지원 방식은 운정2동과 지역사회보장협의체가 총 10명의 저소득 대상자를 선정, 쿠폰을 지급하고 지급된 쿠폰은 매월 대상자가 원하는 날에 매장을 방문해 사용하면 된다.
박세인 명가원설농탕 운정점 대표는 “평소 어려운 아이들에게 따듯한 온기를 전하고 싶었다”며, ”작은 나눔이지만 지역사회에 도움이 될 수 있어 뿌듯하고 기쁘다”고 말했다.
