[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경상남도는 15일 권양근 복지보건국장 주재로 도지사 공약사업인 응급의료 종합컨트롤타워 구축을 위한 권역별 응급의료기관 협의체 간담회를 개최했다.
응급의료 종합컨트롤타워 구축은 119와 의료기관, 행정기관을 연계해 응급환자 적기 이송 및 치료를 위해 체계적인 응급의료서비스 구조를 만드는 것으로 민선 8기 경남도정의 주요 공약 중 하나이다.
이번 간담회는 4개 병원 센터장(경상대병원, 양산부산대병원, 삼성창원병원, 창원경상대병원)과 경남·창원 소방본부, 경상남도 공공보건의료지원단, 응급의료지원센터(중앙응급의료센터) 등 20여 명이 참석했다.
경남도는 간담회를 통해 응급의료 종합컨트롤타워 구축을 신속하고 차질 없이 이행될 수 있도록 추진방향을 상세히 설명하고 응급의료 유관기관의 적극적 이해와 협조를 구했다.
또한 코로나19 재유행에 대비해 방역·의료 대응방안에 대해 논의하고, 병상확보를 위한 병상 재가동 준비상황 등 관련 병원의 현장 의견을 청취하는 시간을 가졌다.
경남도는 이날 회의에서 도출된 응급의료 체계화 및 감염병 재유행 대응방안에 대한 의료현장 및 전문가의 다양한 의견을 바탕으로 응급의료 종합컨트롤타워 구축 계획수립 시 검토 반영할 예정이며, 내실 있는 공약사업 추진을 위해 응급의료체계 관련 우수 지차체 벤치마킹을 실시한 후 8월경 응급의료 종합컨트롤타워 구축 추진계획을 확정할 예정이다
