세종시의회는 15일 제77회 임시회 1차 본회의를 시작으로 오는 29일까지 15일간의 의정활동에 들어갔다.
이날 1차 본회의에서는 세종시청 및 교육청의 올해 상반기 주요 업무 추진 실적과 하반기 추진계획 보고를 듣고 교육청의 제2차 추가경정 예산안 제출에 따른 시정연설과 제안설명의 건 등 8건을 처리했다.
아울러 ‘2022년도 행정사무감사 기간 결정의 건’이 의결됨에 따라 제78회 임시회 기간 중인 9월 26일부터 10월 5일까지 10일간 행정사무감사를 실시할 예정이다.
특히 세종시의회는 김현옥 의원이 대표 발의한 ‘대통령 세종집무실 설치와 관련한 대국민 약속 이행 촉구 결의안’을 채택하고 예산 확보를 비롯한 구체적 이행방안 마련 등을 요구했다.
