창원시의회 기획행정위, 공유재산관리계획 심사 대상지 방문

[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원시의회 기획행정위원회(위원장 김경수)는 제117회 임시회 기간인 19일 제2성주 수소충전소 건립(취득) 대상지 등 2022년도 제2차 수시분 공유재산 관리계획안 심의 대상지 6개소 현장을 방문했다.

공유재산 관리계획은 지방자치단체가 공유재산의 취득 및 처분 결정 전 지방의회의 의결을 받는 것으로 이번 현장방문은 제117회(임시회) 공유재산관리계획 안건 심사에 대비하고자 마련됐다.

제2차 공유재산 심의 대상은 제2성주 수소충전소 건립(취득), 성산구 귀현동 산4-4 법면부분 취득(기부채납), 삼귀해안도로 공영주차장 조성부지 취득(기부채납), 가포동 공영차고지 조성(취득), 시락항생태복원정화센터및 화장실건립(취득), 주남오색빛깔 생태탐방동산 조성(취득) 등 총 6건이다.

위원회는 시락항생태복원정화센터및 화장실 건립 대상지 등 6곳의 현장을 차례 로 찾아 담당 부서로부터 추진현황을 듣고, 대상 부지가 행정 목적 달성에 부합 하는지 등에 대해 꼼꼼히 살폈다.

김경수 기획행정위원장은 “공유재산은 시민 모두의 공적 재산으로 취득과 관리에 많은 예산이 소요되는 만큼 대상 부지의 현장 확인은 꼭 필요하다”며 “특히 이번 심의 대상지에는 주차와 대중교통 등 평소 시민들의 관심이 높은 사안이 다수 포함된 만큼 사업계획 전반을 꼼꼼히 검토해 시민 편익을 높이는데 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.

한편 기획행정위원회는 이번 현장방문에 앞서 1차 본회의 산회 후 소통간담회를 열고 관련 사안에 대해 담당부서의 설명을 듣고 해당 내용을 검토했다.
