파주시(시장 김경일)는 지난 18일 민선8기 들어 첫 당정협의회를 열고 내년도 국·도비 예산 확보 및 지역 현안을 위한 공조체계를 보다 공고히 다졌다고 밝혔다.
이날 당정협의회는 김경일 파주시장과 윤후덕-박정 국회의원, 조성환-이용욱 경기도의원, 파주시의원 등이 참석해 내년도 국·도비 예산 확보와 지역 현안을 공유하고 해결방안을 모색하는 시간을 가졌다.

파주시는 내년도 국·도비 지원 사업 60건(7천78억원)을 신청했고 정부 예산안에 최대한 반영될 수 있도록 국회의원의 관심과 지원을 요청했다.
시는 협의회에서 ▲애룡호수 힐링명소 조성 ▲반다비 국민체육센터 건립 ▲국지도 확포장사업 등 2023년도 주요 투자 사업에 대한 필요성을 설명했다.
