[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 경상남도의회는 21일, 제397회 임시회 도청소관 예산결산특별위원회(위원장 유계현) 2차 회의에서 2022년도 경상남도 제2회 추가경정 예산안 종합심사를 실시하고 수정안을 가결했다.
2022년도 경상남도 제2회 추경 예산안 규모는 총 12조 8,694억 원으로 기정예산보다 9,865억 원(8.3%) 증액된 것으로 보통교부세와 지방세 증액분과 '21년 순세계잉여금, 제1회 추경 이후 중앙사업 변동분을 반영을 반영하고, 민선 8기 출범에 따른 도지사 공약사업과 도민 안전도 향상, 주력산업 고도화, 신산업 육성 및 일자리 확대 등 민생경제 분야를 중점 지원하기 위해 편성됐다.
이날 예결특위 위원들은 소관 상임위 예비심사결과를 토대로 사업의 필요성과 사업의 적정성 등 소중한 재원이 적재적소에 편성되었는지에 대해 면밀하게 심사했으며, 종합심사 결과, 3개 사업에 3억 8,700만원을 감액하는 수정안을 가결하고, 24건의 부대의견을 채택했다.

유계현(국민의힘, 진주4) 위원장은 “한정된 재원이지만 효율적인 운영으로 추진사업이 원활하게 진행되고, 특히 민생경제 분야 등 도민 생활과 밀접한 관련이 있는 예산은 신속히 집행하여 지역경제 활성화와 도민 생활 안정에 도움이 되기를 바란다”며,“또한, 여러 위원이 제시한 다양한 의견이 도정에 잘 반영돼 지역과 도민들에게 골고루 혜택이 갈 수 있도록 노력해 주기를 바란다”고 말했다.
