[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 오는 8월 25일까지 지역주택조합에 가입하는 조합원의 피해예방을 위해 지역주택조합을 대상으로 이행실태 점검을 실시한다고 26일 밝혔다.
시는 관내 지역주택조합 5개소를 대상으로 경상남도와 합동으로 업무대행자 선정 위반사항, 조합원 모집광고 등에 관한 준수사항, 조합가입 철회 및 가입비 등의 반환준수 여부 등 조합원 주요 피해사례를 중심으로 집중 점검할 예정이다.
시는 실태점검과 동시에 개정된 주택법이 적용되는 자금보관 신탁업자 대행, 연간자금 운영계획, 실적보고 및 자료공개 등 조합 의무 준수사항을 조합 및 업무대행사에게 안내할 계획이다.
점검결과 위반사항 적발 시 시정지시, 과태료부과 및 고발 등의 행정조치를 할 예정이다.
