[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경상남도는 미래 경남농업을 이끌어 나갈 스마트팜 혁신밸리 임대형 스마트팜 입주자 선발을 완료하고 내달 1일부터 본격적인 운영에 들어간다고 밝혔다.
도는 2020년부터 2022년까지 국도비 276억원을 투입해 스마트팜 혁신밸리(밀양시 삼랑진읍 임천리 일원)내에 임대형 스마트팜을 5개동 6ha 규모로 조성하고 있으며, 최대 40명까지 입주가 가능하다.
입주자격은 만18세 이상 만39세 이하 청년창업보육사업 수료생 또는 영농경험이 없는 청년농업인을 대상으로 소정의 선발절차를 거쳐 올해 첫 12명을 선발했으며, 3명 1팀당 5,000㎡내외의 구역을 최대 3년간 임대 가능하다.
최초 입주자 12명은 지난 3월 입주자 공모를 통해 3단계 평가(1차 서류, 2차, 필기시험, 3차 면접) 과정을 거쳐 6월에 최종 선발된 청년창업보육과정 1기 수료생 12명으로 8월부터 3년간 입주해 그동안 보육센터에서 열심히 배웠던 딸기, 토마토, 파프리카를 재배할 예정이다.
