세종시교육청이 유·초·중등 교육공무원에 대한 9월 1일자 인사를 8일 발표했다.
이번 인사 규모는 교육전문직원 15명, 교장(원장) 28명, 교감(원감) 17명, 교사 13명으로 총 73명이다.
세종시교육청은 승진, 퇴직 등에 따른 결원 충원 등을 고려해 인사관리원칙에 따라 배치했다.
세종교육 4기를 맞아 ‘모두가 특별해지는 세종교육’ 실현을 위해 학교와 교육청의 역량을 집중하고, 학생의 성장을 지원하는 데 최선을 다할 수 있도록 구성원을 적재적소에 배치했다.
특히, 해당 분야 전문성을 갖춘 장학관(교육연구관)을 승진 또는 전직 발령하고, 2학기 학교교육과정의 안정적 운영을 위하여 학교관리자 45명에 대해 인사 발령했다.
최교진 교육감은 “교육수도 세종을 위한 출발점에서 지난 8년 세종혁신교육의 성과를 기반으로 교육공동체의 지혜를 모으고, 현장 지원 중심의 교육행정을 지속 추진하겠다”라며, “세종의 모든 아이들이 특별해지는 교육 실현을 위해 교육주체가 함께 소통하고 협력해 주시길 바란다”라고 말했다.
