충남교육청이 8일과 9일 도내 저경력 보건교사 60명을 대상으로 보건수업 전문성 향상을 위한 연수를 운영하고 있다고 밝혔다.
이번 연수는 저경력 보건교사의 수업 전문성을 신장하고, 수업 방식 개선으로 학교 보건교육의 내실화를 기하기 위해 마련됐으며, 학교급별로 구분하여 ▲2022 개정 교육과정 방향 이해 ▲보건교육과정의 이해 및 실제 ▲수업 설계와 실제 ▲에듀테크 기반 수업 ▲놀이수업, 학급긍정훈육법 등의 내용을 실제 사례 중심으로 알아본다.
교육청에서는 보건교사의 수업 역량 강화를 지원하기 위해 상반기 ▲신규보건교사 대상 비대면 지원장학 ▲수업나눔 연수 등을 운영하였으며, 하반기에는 ▲지역별 맞춤형 연수 ▲찾아가는 지원장학을 추가적으로 추진하여 체계적으로 학교현장을 지원할 예정이다.
