김해시 첫 개설한 '사회적경제 시민아카데미' 관심 높아

[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 김해시가 처음 개설한 사회적경제 시민아카데미가 시민들의 많은 관심을 받고 있다.

시에 따르면 이달 운영한 사회적경제 시민아카데미 기초과정 1기 모집에 당초 계획인원 20명의 2배가 넘는 43명이 지원해 이번 1기 과정에 참여하지 못한 나머지 지원자들을 위해 별도 모집 없이 9월에 2기 과정을 운영하기로 했다.

시는 지난 3~12일 12시간에 걸쳐 김해시사회적경제지원센터에서 열린 1기 과정에 29명이 참여해 지난 12일 80% 이상 수강한 25명에 대한 수료식을 개최했다.

시 관계자는 “이번 기초과정은 창업을 떠나 사회적경제 전반적인 이해로 저변을 확대하기 위해 올해 처음 개설한 과정으로 청년, 다문화 이주민, 모자가 함께 수강하는 등 다양한 계층으로부터 좋은 반응을 얻었다”고 설명했다.

기초과정 2기는 1기 과정에 참여하지 못한 14명이 참여한 가운데 내달 14~23일 열릴 예정이며 오는 10월에는 사회적경제 창업을 위한 사업 모델 수립, 사업계획서 작성 등으로 구성된 심화과정이 이어진다.
