고양시는 오는 17일부터 10월 14일까지 ‘대한민국안전大전환 2022년 국가안전대진단’을 추진한다고 밝혔다.
국가안전대진단은 민관합동으로 매년 주민생활과 밀접한 주요시설 등을 점검해 위험요인을 해소하고 사회 전반에 대한 안전관리 실태를 점검하는 제도다.
올해는 시가 자체 선정한 시설물과 안전신문고 등을 통해 주민이 신청한 시설물을 대상으로 점검을 진행할 예정이다.
점검 대상은 여성청소년가족복지시설, 하수도시설, 박물관, 농어촌민박, 체험마을, 관광숙박시설, 유원시설, 문화재, 물류시설, 건설현장 등 10개유형 32개소이다.

시는 사전에 국가안전대진단 간담회를 진행하고 담당 공무원과 건축, 전기, 소방 등 분야별 민간전문가와 민·관 합동점검반을 구성했다.
점검반은 점검결과에 따라 위험요인 발견시 시급성, 위험 정도를 확인해 시정 요청하거나 보수·보강 방안을 제공하고, 시설물의 중대한 결함이 발견될 경우 정밀안전진단을 추가로 진행할 예정이다.
국가안전대진단은 시민이 ‘안전신문고’ 앱을 통해 자발적으로 참여할 수 있으며, 앱을 이용하여 모든 가정에서 자율안전점검표를 활용한 안전점검을 실시할 수 있다.
