투자유치자문단은 김해시장을 단장으로 출향인사 중 기업 대표, 지역기업 대표, 경제통상 분야 전문가, 지역 대표 등 자문관 23명과 전.현직 국회의원인 고문 3명을 포함해 총 27명으로 구성됐으며 임기는 2년이다.

이날 발대식에서 자문관 위촉장을 수여한 후 김해시 투자유치의 현재와 미래 전략 PPT 발표와 투자유치 기업 발굴 제안과 토론 순으로 진행됐다.
