세종시교육청이 안전한 교육환경 조성을 위해 ‘2022년도 하반기 교육시설 하자점검’을 오는 10월 14일까지 실시한다고 밝혔다.
이번 하자점검은 각종 교육시설물 공사의 사후관리와 안전사고를 예방하기 위해 추진된다.
세종시교육청은 건축, 토목, 기계, 전기, 통신, 소방 등 각 공종 기술직 공무원과 학교 관계자가 함께 입회해 신?증축, 환경개선 등 준공검사를 완료한 날부터 하자검사 기간 내에 있는 각급 학교, 직속기관 총 104곳을 점검한다.
주요 점검사항은 ▲(건축) 주요 구조부, 마감재 균열, 누수 등 ▲(토목?조경) 외부 도로 및 보도 상태, 식재 수목 상태 등 ▲(전기?통신) 배선 기구 부착 및 설비 전원 상태 등 ▲(기계) 배관 누수, 펌프 및 자동제어 작동 상태 등 ▲(소방) 소방 시설의 적정 설치 여부, 안전관리 상태 등이다.
하자점검을 통해 발견된 사항은 시공사에 통보해 즉시 보수하도록 조치하고 미이행 시에는 하자보수보증금을 강제집행 하는 등 보수로 인한 재정 부담을 최소화한다는 방침이다.
또한, 하자가 발생된 원인을 분석하여 추후 공사에 대하여 하자 발생을 예방할 수 있도록 방도를 강구할 예정이다.
한편, 세종시교육청은 매년 하자담보 책임기간 내에 있는 교육시설물을 대상으로 연 2회에 걸쳐 하자검사를 실시하고 있다.
