[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 산청군은 청년들의 주거비 부담 완화를 위해 ‘청년주거자금 대출 이자 지원사업’을 추진한다고 7일 밝혔다.
만 19세 이상 만 45세 이하(1977년생 ~2003년생) 청년을 대상으로 진행되는 이번 사업은 신혼부부, 출산가정, 전입세대의 주택자금 대출 이자를 지원한다.
지원은 중위소득 180% 이하의 무주택자로 산청군 소재 전용면적 85㎡이하 주택을 신축·구입·임차한 경우로 대출잔액의 1.5%이내다.
지원 금액은 신혼부부 경우 최대 연 100만원, 출산가정 연 150만원, 전입세대 50만원으로 대상자별 기준일 5년 이내인 경우 신청할 수 있다.
신청은 산청군청 홈페이지에 게시된 공고문을 참조해 제출서류 확인 후 오는 30일까지 산청군 기획조정실 인구정책담당(970-6091~3)으로 하면 된다.
지원금 지급은 10월 중 이뤄 질 예정이다.
이승화 산청군수는 “청년과 신혼부부들의 주거비 부담을 완화하고 지역 내 장기 주거를 유도하기 위해 청년 주거 자금 대출 이자 지원 사업을 추진하게 됐다”며 “앞으로도 안정된 정주여건 조성으로 청년이 살기 좋은 지역을 만들기 위해 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
