댑싸리 단지는 황산공원 외 2개소(부산대 건강숲길, 다방천) 및 시가지 꽃길(화단, 화분) 등에 조성되어 있으며, 9~10월경 푸른잎과 줄기가 단풍이 들어 붉은 향연을 뽐낼 예정이다.
특히 황산공원 중부광장 인근에 조성한 댑싸리 단지는 1.7ha 규모에 2만본이 식재되어 있으며, 다양한 포토존을 조성해 추석을 맞아 양산을 방문하는 귀성객에게 새로운 볼거리를 제공할 계획이다.
