[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군 혁신모임 워크숍이 15일 대회의실에서 개최했다.
이날 워크숍은 민·관의 다양한 혁신사례와 거창군의 역대 혁신사례를 살펴보고 어떤 것이 혁신인지, 혁신의 의의가 무엇인지 알아보았으며, 각자 이번 워크숍에 대해 느낀 점과 자신들이 생각하는 혁신과 조직의 혁신에 대한 아이디어 등을 자유롭게 표현하는 시간을 가졌다.
거창군 혁신모임 ‘미래로’는 작년 10월 혁신모임 1기 발대식을 시작으로 그간 일하는 방식, 협업설계 등 혁신적인 아이디어 발굴을 위해 노력해 왔으며, 올해 초 거창군 조직문화 개선의 일환으로 직원들의 속 깊은 이야기를 익명으로 나누는 ‘힘이 되는 말 짐이 되는 말’ 공모전을 개최하는 등 조직 분위기의 일신을 꾀했다.
또한, 공직 내 다양한 세대들이 공존하고 있는 상황에서 조직 내 갈등을 미연에 방지하고 직원들의 다양한 목소리를 수렴하여 군정에 참신한 아이디어를 제안하는 등 혁신적이고 적극적인 행정의 조직 분위기 확산을 위해 구성된 소통창구의 역할을 하고 있다.
구인모 거창군수는 “거창군 혁신모임 ‘미래로’의 구성원들이 참신한 아이디어를 발굴하여 소통과 혁신의 주인공이 되어주길 바란다”며 “여기 계신 여러분들이 거창군의 차세대 리더로 우리 공직사회에 새로운 활력소가 되길 기대한다”고 말했다.
거창군 혁신모임 ‘미래로’는 앞으로 거창군 조직문화 자체 진단, 정책제도개선 제안 등 다양한 활동들을 커뮤니티 모임 등으로 펼쳐나갈 계획이다.
