세종시교육청, 현장체험학습 차량 유치원까지 확대 지원

세종시교육청이 학교지원센터 학교 업무 경감을 위해 세종 지역의 유?초?중?고특수학교에 현장체험학습 차량을 지원한다고 밝혔다.

2019년부터 시작된 이 사업은 학급 단위의 현장체험학습을 활성화하기 위해 현장체험학습 차량의 용역 입찰부터 계약, 대금 지급, 배차까지 모두 북부학교지원센터에서 지원하는 것이다.

그동안 코로나19로 현장체험학습을 운영하지 않는 학교가 많아 미실시되었으나, 올해 현장체험학습이 활성화되면서 차량 지원이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다.

특히, 학교 현장의 지속적인 의견을 수렴하여 올해 하반기 유치원까지 차량 지원이 확대됐다.

유치원 지원 차량에는 유아용 카시트를 장착해 교직원의 업무를 대폭 경감하고, 안전한 현장체험학습 운영을 위해 담당 주무관이 학교 현장을 직접 방문하여 차량 점검 등을 실시하고 있다.

초?중?고는 지난 3월, 유치원은 9월 각급 학교로부터 신청을 받았으며, 올해 유치원을 포함한 51개 학교와 1개 기관에 300여 대의 버스를 지원하고 있다.
