KT&G장학재단이 사회문제 해결을 위한 아이디어 공모를 11월 6일까지 진행한다.
17일 KT&G장학재단은 창의적 아이디어를 지닌 사회혁신 인재를 발굴하기 위해 전국의 대학생을 대상으로 ‘사회혁신 아이디어 공모전’을 개최한다고 밝혔다.
이번 공모전은 사회, 기후환경, 청년·대학생 관련 문제에 적극적으로 관심을 갖고 고민하는 혁신 인재의 발굴과 성장을 지원하기 위해 마련됐다.
응모는 대학생 2~4인 팀 단위로 진행되며 사회 문제 해결을 위한 서비스, 제품, 프로젝트와 관련된 아이디어는 무엇이든 응모 가능하다. 자세한 사항은 KT&G장학재단 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있다.
1차 심사는 서류전형으로, 관련 분야 전문가들의 평가를 통해 본선에 진출할 6개팀 등 상위 21개팀을 선정한다.
선정된 팀 전원에게는 소정의 장학금과 장학증서가 수여되고 아이디어 구체화를 위한 교육과 선배 창업가들의 멘토링이 진행된다.
본선에 진출한 6개팀은 2차 면접 심사를 거쳐 오는 12월 3일, 최종 우수팀을 선정한다.
KT&G장학재단은 이번 공모전 성공적 진행을 위해 소셜벤쳐 업계를 대표하는 협의체인 ‘임팩트 얼라이언스’ 및 ‘네스트앤드’와 업무협약을 체결하고 사회혁신 인재들의 지속가능한 성장을 위한 상호 협력 체계를 구축해 나가기로 했다.
안홍필 KT&G장학재단 사무국장은 “‘사회혁신 아이디어 공모전’은 대학생들이 사회적 기업가로 성장할 수 있도록 지원하기 위해 시행 중”이라며 “이번 공모전을 통해 사회문제 해결을 위한 다양한 소셜 비즈니스 아이템이 발굴되기를 기대한다”고 말했다.
