이어 남자 1,000m 1차 레이스에서는 임용진이 1분 24초 429로 은메달을, 2차 레이스에선 홍경환이 1분 23초 598로 은메달을 획득했다.
남자 1,500m 결승에서도 홍경환이 2분 14초 313의 기록으로 3위를 차지해 동메달 하나를 따냈다.
