의령 전문예술단체 ‘천율’ 행안부 장관상 수상

[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 의령의 전문예술단체인 ‘천율’(대표 송진호)이 삼성생명과 행정안전부, 사회연대은행과 공동으로 시행하는 지역 청년활동가 사업 1기 성과 공유회에서 행정안전부장관상을 수상했다고 12일 밝혔다.

천율에 따르면 지난 9일 서울 종로에서 지역사회 문제 해결을 위해 활동하는 '지역 청년활동가 지원사업' 1기 청년단체들이 1년간의 성과를 공유하고 미래 청년 활동의 발전 방향을 모색하는 자리를 가졌다.

행정안전부 및 삼성생명 관계자가 참석한 이날 행사에는 청년단체 대표 38명과 함께 1기 단체의 활동을 공유하고 우수한 성과를 보인 3개 단체에 포상을 수여했다.

이날 전문예술단체 '천율'은 의령 고유의 전통문화 콘텐츠를 활용한 국악 공연을 지자체 및 지역주민단체와 협업해 개최함으로써 관광객 유치 및 청년 고용이라는 성과를 이뤄내고 지역문제를 해결한 노고를 인정받아 행안부장관상을 수상했다.
