함안군 ‘중대재해 ZERO’ 안전한 일터만들기에 총력

[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 함안군이 ‘중대재해 ZERO’ 안전한 일터만들기에 총력을 기울이고 있는 가운데 지난 22일, 23일 양일간 함안문화예술회관 다목적홀에서 군 소속 현업노동자를 대상으로 4분기 안전보건교육을 실시했다.

올 한 해 동안 중대재해예방TF팀 주관으로 실시한 정기안전보건교육은 산업안전보건법 등 관련법령을 준수하는 한편 노동자 안전보건 지식 습득 및 안전의식을 강화하는 등 산업재해 예방을 위해 추진했다.

아울러 지난 13일에는 4분기 산업안전보건위원회를 개최하고 안전보호구 착용 기준에 관한 사항 등을 심의·의결하며, 노동자의 안전한 작업환경 조성을 위해 노력했다.

군에서는 종사자와 군민 안전을 행정의 최우선 과제로 삼아 중대재해예방TF팀을 신설하는 등 ‘안전한 함안 실현’을 위해 조직 역량을 강화하고 있다.

올해 1월 중대재해처벌법 시행에 따라 사업장의 안전보건 목표와 경영방침을 수립하고 중대재해 전담조직을 설치해 △분기별 산업안전보건위원회 개최 △중대재해 발생 시 대응매뉴얼 제작·배포 △종사자 의견청취를 위한 안전·보건 게시판 개설 △현업사업장 순회점검 실시 △작업장 위험성 평가 △작업환경측정 △특수건강진단 △근골격계 부담작업 유해요인조사 등을 실시하는 등 안전관리체계 구축 및 이행에 총력을 기울였다.
