전북 임실군 관촌면에 북부권 주민들의 공공체육 및 문화시설의 지역 간 불균형 문제를 자연스럽게 해소할 수 있는 '체육문화센터'가 준공됐다.
27일 열린 준공식에는 심 민 군수와 군의회 이성재 의장을 비롯 남궁세창 임실교육장ㆍ임실군체육회 김병이 회장ㆍ김태진 임실문화원장 및 동호인과 주민 등 150여명이 참석한 가운데 성황리에 열렸다.
