민선 8기 출범 후 6개월 동안, 군민 여러분의 열망을 받들어 새로운 화순을 만들기 위해열심히 준비했습니다.
관광으로 돈버는 화순, 누구도 소외받지 않는 행복한화순을 만들기 위해 각종 조례를 정비하고, 민선 8기 공약과세부 실천계획을 수립하는 등 미래화순의 청사진을 완성하기 위해 온 역량을 집중시켰습니다.

또한, 군정발전혁신단을 운영하여 생활 규제사항을 적극 발굴하고, 군정비전을 제시하는 등 화순의 혁신을이끌겠습니다.
둘째, 지역경제 활성화대책을 마련하고, 화순형 미래산업을 적극 육성하겠습니다.
소상공인 지원센터 운영과 청년 푸드트럭 지원사업등소상공인과자영업자를 위한 다양한 지원시책을추진하고, 화순사랑 상품권을연중할인하는 등 가계부담완화와지역경제 활성화에 힘쓰겠습니다.
노인일자리사업은, 2023년도 예산을 충분히확보한 만큼,줄이지 않고 확대해 나가겠습니다.
