김지철 충남교육감이 2023년 새해에는 ‘충남 미래교육 2030 계획’에 따라 충남교육과정평가정보원을 설립하고, 그린스마트미래학교 조성과 미래교육통합플랫폼을 구축하겠다고 밝혔다.
새해 신년사에서 이 같이 밝힌 김 교육감은 또 무학년제 교육과정 자율학교, 미래형 작은학교 본보기학교, 충남형 IB학교를 운영하고, 학교와 지역의 특성을 고려하여 5대 전환과제가 학교에 안착할 수 있도록 지원하겠다는 새해 신년구상을 밝혔다.

2023년, 계묘년 새해가 밝았습니다.
계묘년 한 걸음 더 도약하시는 한 해를 기원합니다.
2022년 한 해, 충남교육청은 완전한 교육회복을 위해 최선을 다했습니다.
학교, 마을, 지역사회가 연계한 충남학력 디딤돌 3단계 안전망으로 기초학력 향상을 촘촘하게 지원하였습니다. 특히 학생의 학습 수준과 부진 원인을 파악하여 맞춤형 교육활동 이력을 관리하는 「온채움 기초학력 종합지원 시스템」을 마련하여 초등학교부터 기초학력을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있도록 하였습니다.
2023년 새해, 모든 아이들에게 특별한 미래교육을 실천합니다. ‘충남 미래교육 2030 계획’에 따라 충남교육과정평가정보원을 설립하고, 그린스마트미래학교 조성과 미래교육통합플랫폼을 구축하겠습니다. 또한 무학년제 교육과정 자율학교, 미래형 작은학교 본보기학교, 충남형 IB학교를 운영할 것입니다. 학교와 지역의 특성을 고려하여 5대 전환과제가 학교에 안착할 수 있도록 지원하겠습니다.
충남을 넘어 대한민국에서 ‘인공지능교육이 강한 충남교육’을 만들겠습니다. 현재 충남교육은 이미 4차 산업혁명시대를 넘어 메타버스(가상 누리터)를 활용한 인공지능활용교육을 하고 있습니다. 충남형 인공지능교육 특화도시와 더불어 15개 모든 시·군에 충남형 인공지능교육체험센터를 세우고 각 학교에서는 디지털교실을 만들어 AI융합교육을 실시할 예정입니다.
아이들이 행복한 학교, 쾌적하고 안전한 학교를 만들겠습니다. 미래교육은 아이들 한명 한명이 중심이 되는 학습자 중심의 교육입니다. 학생 맞춤형 미래교육 실현을 위해 초등학교 신입생은 학급당 학생 수를 26년까지 단계적으로 20명, 초·중학교는 우선 24년까지 28명으로 낮추겠습니다. 2025년까지 새로 설립될 23개의 신설 학교와 교실 증개축, 이동식 교실 설치 확대 등은 과밀학급해소에 큰 도움이 되리라 생각합니다.
한 아이도 포기하지 않는, 모든 아이들에게 특별한 교육을 하겠습니다. 충남교육의 시선은 ‘학생으로부터 시작하여 학생에게 향할 것’입니다. 단 한 명의 아이도 포기하지 않고, 모든 아이들이 특별한 교육을 통해 스스로 삶의 주인공으로 살아갈 수 있는 힘을 길러주겠습니다.

The 12th National Assembly, which was launched last year in response to new hope and the stern order of the provincial residents, did its best to become a true hall of public will.
