[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 함안군이 조직문화 개선과 군정현안 아이디어를 발굴하는 등 새로운 변화를 위한 ‘2023년 함안새바람 동아리 발대식’을 14일 개최했다.
이날 함안새바람 동아리 단장인 이병철 함안부군수를 비롯 함안새바람동아리 회원 등 70여 명이 참석한 가운데 열렸으며, 세대별·직급별 다양하게 확대 재구성해 전 직원이 공감하는 조직문화 개선 및 군정현안 아이디어를 발굴하고자 마련됐다.
이날 발대식은 2023년 혁신동아리 남녀 대표의 혁신 실천 결의문 낭독을 시작으로 그룹별 동아리 명칭 선정, 2023년 동아리 운영방안 등의 순으로 진행됐다.
앞으로 월 1회 정례회를 가질 예정인 함안새바람 동아리는 △군정 혁신과제 발굴 및 조직문화 개선방안 제안 △발굴된 과제에 대한 의견제시 및 검토 △분기별 혁신 추진상황 공유 등의 활동을 통해 함안군 군정에 새바람을 몰고 올 예정이다.
이병철 부군수는 “예산 1조 2천억 원 시대 함안시(市)를 앞당길 수 있는 혁신적인 군정현안 아이디어와 관행 탈피를 위한 조직문화 개선이 절실하다”며 “함안의 발전을 위해 새바람 동아리가 앞장서길 바란다”고 말했다.
