[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 함안군과 함안교육지원청, 함안경찰서 등 함안군 유관기관은 21일 가야초등학교 앞에서 등굣길 학생 및 학부모를 대상으로 학교폭력 및 아동학대 예방 합동 캠페인을 실시했다.
이날 캠페인에는 조근제 함안군수, 김승오 함안교육지원청장 및 함안경찰서, 함안군보건소, 함안군성가족상담소 관계자, 학생 및 학부모 등 30여명이 참석했다.
이번 캠페인은 최근 학교폭력 및 아동학대가 사회적 문제가 대두되고 있는 가운데 지역 내 학생들이 이로 인한 피해를 입지 않도록 사전에 예방하자는 취지로 시행됐다.
이날 학교폭력과 따돌림이 없는 안전하고 행복한 학교 구축 및 아동을 독립된 인격체로 존중하는 양육 방법인 ‘긍정양육 129원칙’ 홍보 등을 펼쳤다.
특히 조근제 군수와 김승오 함안교육지원청장은 이날 학교 주변 유해 환경 여부를 점검했으며, 학부모 및 학생들에게 홍보물을 직접 배부하며 학교폭력 및 아동학대 예방 분위기를 조성했다.
조근제 군수는 “학교폭력 및 아동학대가 근절되어 지역 내 아동 및 청소년들이 안전하고 건전한 환경에서 행복하게 성장할 수 있도록 함안군 및 지역 유관단체들이 힘을 합쳐 적극 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
