[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 의령군은 4월 26일까지 주택 소유자와 협약을 통해 빈집을 수리해 청년에게 주변 시세의 반값으로 임대하는 ‘2023년 청년 반값 임대주택 수리비 지원사업’ 임차인을 모집한다.
‘청년 반값 임대주택 지원사업’은 관내 1년 이상 방치된 빈집 소유자에게 주택 리모델링 비용의 80%을 지원해 의무임대기간 동안 인근 시세의 반값으로 청년에게 임대주택을 제공하는 사업이다.
청년들의 주거비 부담 문제를 해결해 청년 정주 기반을 마련하기 위한 사업이다.
신청 대상 임대주택 소재지는 용덕면 1개소, 부림면 2개소, 대의면 1개소이며 임대료는 월세 15만원이고 전기·수도 요금은 별도로 내야 한다.
신청 자격은 만 18세부터 만 49세 이하의 청년이면 지원할 수 있다.
