[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 합천군은 30일 합천군청 소회의실에서 합천개발 주식회사와 ‘율진리 골프장 조성사업’의 성공적인 추진을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다.
이날 협약식에서 김윤철 합천군수, 문진태 합천개발 대표, 율진리 골프장 추진위원회 문병기 위원장 등 관계자 10여 명이 참석한 가운데 상호 간 신뢰를 바탕으로 성공적인 사업 추진을 위해 노력할 것을 다짐했다.
본 협약을 통해 합천군은 골프장 조성에 필요한 행정적인 지원에 노력하고, 합천개발(주)는 투자계획에 따라 골프장 조성사업을 적극 추진하기로 했다.
율진리 골프장 조성사업은 율곡면 율진리 일원 약100만㎡(30만평) 부지에 민간자본 1,000억원을 투입해 18홀 규모의 골프장과 독채형 골프텔 31동, 캠핑장 등을 조성하는 사업이다.
함양울산간 고속도로와 남부내륙 고속철도의 개통 시기와 맞춘 2028년 준공을 목표로 진행된다.
특히, 사업의 안정적인 추진을 위해 2022년 8월부터 두 차례의 주민설명회를 비롯해 지속적으로 주민의견을 수렴해 사업계획을 변경하는 등 지역주민의 소리에 귀를 기울이고 있다. 마을 주민들도 추진위원회 구성, 협약식 참석 등 적극적으로 본 사업에 참여하고 있다.
