함안 아라가야 토기생산유적 사적 승격 시동

[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 함안군이 31일 함안문화원에서 ‘아라가야토기 생산유적의 가치 향상을 위한 학술심포지엄’을 성황리에 개최했다.

이날 학술심포지엄은 아라가야 토기의 양식과 생산.유통을 주제로 함안군 가야읍, 법수면 일원에 분포하고 있는 수많은 토기 생산유적의 가치를 규명하고 사적 승격을 위한 초석을 다지기 위해 마련됐다.

이날 학술심포지엄에서 박승규 가야문물연구원 이사의 기조강연 '아라가야토기의 성립과 발전'을 시작으로 △함안 고식도질토기의 제작기술과 특징(이정근, 국립김해박물관) △함안 고식도질토기의 유통과 교류(정주희, 부산박물관) △4~5세기 일본열도 가야토기 출토양상과 의미(조성원, 前부경대학교박물관) 등 아라가야토기와 관련된 최신 연구 성과를 반영한 3건의 주제발표가 이뤄졌으며, 박승규 가야문물연구원 이사를 좌장으로 종합토론이 진행됐다.
