[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 한국전쟁 73주기를 맞아 13일 거창시니어클럽 강당에서 희생자의 넋을 위로하고 유족의 아픔을 위로하는 ‘한국전쟁 전후 거창지역 민간인 희생자 합동위령제 및 추모식’이 열렸다.

이날 추모식은 한국전쟁 전후 민간인 희생자 거창지역 유족회 주관으로 구인모 군수, 도의원, 군의원, 유가족 등 100여명이 자리를 함께해 희생자들의 넋을 달랬다.

강창남 유족회장은 “현재까지 유가족 마음속에 자리한 뼈아픈 진실이 하루 빨리 규명될 수 있길 바란다”며 “정부에서는 유가족들이 위로받고 잘못된 역사를 바로잡을 수 있도록 혼신의 노력을 다해 달라”고 당부했다.
