앞선 18일 서동생활공원에는 축제 현장을 배경으로 사진을 찍으려는 관광객들이 줄울 지었다.
축제 입구 8m '꽃을 입은 의병탑'은 화려함으로 무장했고 홍의장군 캐릭터를 입은 대형 풍선 조형물은 즐거움을 배가시켰다.
