세종시가 사회적기업들을 지원하기 위한 공간을 마련하고 입주식을 가졌다.
세종시는 20일 한국토지주택공사(LH) 세종특별본부(본부장 이대영)와 수루배마을8단지 사회적기업 입주공간에서 사회적기업 대표 등 20여명이 참석한 가운데 ‘한국토지주택공사 임대아파트 내 사회적기업 입주현판식’을 진행했다.
지원공간 마련은 세종시가 사무공간 확보에 어려움을 겪고 있는 사회적기업에게 임차료 절감 등 실질적인 지원을 하고자 마련했다는 게 세종시의 설명이다.
세종시는 앞서 지난 2월 7일 한국토지주택공사와 임대아파트단지 내 위치한 사회적기업 공간에 대해 20년간 무상사용을 위한 ‘공간 인계인수·관리운영 협약’을 체결했다.
이번에 선정된 사회적기업은 수루배마을 8단지(사회적협동조합 꾸물, 어울더울 사회적협동조합) ,호려울마을 2단지(세종숲누리 사회적협동조합) ,새샘마을 4단지(나다움협동조합, 마을과복지연구소 사회적협동조합)이며, 2년간 무상사용이 가능하다.
