2일 경주시에 따르면 ‘소소한 경주기획단’은 ‘시민 감동은 작은 것에서부터’를 핵심 가치로 한 소확행 사업 발굴을 위해 올해 3월 부서별 MZ세대 직원 28명으로 구성된 내부 조직이다.
주요 사업으로 황혼육아로 지친 조부모들을 위한 ‘조(祖)손(孫)도손 프로젝트’의 일환으로 △손주돌봄수당 : 손주 양육 조부모에게 양육수당 지원 △황혼 커뮤니티 공간 조성 : 조부모 육아 교실 개설, 조부모들의 황혼육아를 돕기 위한 소통 공간 마련 △이동택시지원 : 육아하는 조부모를 위한 택시서비스 제공 등이 제안됐다.
이어 저출산 고령화 시대 ‘장수의자에 한번, 기댈라이너?’ 프로젝트의 일환으로는 △버스내 ‘기댈라이너’ 설치 : 임산부가 기댈 수 있는 전동좌석 설치 △횡단보도 장수(長壽)의자 설치 : 횡단보도 신호등에 접이식 간이의자 설치 등이 발표됐다.
또 청년인구유입과 주거환경 개선을 위한 ‘빈집 있는교?’ 프로젝트의 일환으로 △빈집활용 아이디어 공모 ‘빈집 있는교?’ : 청년들의 지역 관심 및 참여 유도, 빈집활용 방법 발굴, 빈집 리모델링 △알쓸빈집(알고보면 쓸만한 빈 집) : 빈집을 매입해 지역주민의 수요를 조사하여 지역거점 공간 또는 사회생활기반시설로 활용 등이 거론됐다.

이번 회의는 소확행 사업 확정 전 중간 점검으로 사업부서와 함께 이날 제안된 사업을 검토할 계획이라고 경주시는 설명했다.
주낙영 경주시장은 “젊은 직원들이 기발한 아이디어로 시민들에게 직접 와닿을 수 있는 소확행 사업발굴이 필요하다”며 “우수사례 현장답사, 타 지자체 담당자 인터뷰 등을 통해 시민들의 체감을 높일 수 있는 사업으로 구체화 시켜나갈 것”을 당부했다.
