[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 합천군은 31일 군청 대회의실에서 국민권익위원회와 공동으로 주관한 ‘달리는 국민신문고’를 성황리에 마쳤다.
‘달리는 국민신문고’는 국민권익위원회와 관계자로 구성된 상담반이 현장을 직접 찾아가 고충을 듣고 해결하는 현장 중심의 고충민원 해결 서비스다.
고충이나 불편이 있어도 기관 방문이 어렵거나 인터넷 사용이 익숙지 않은 군민들을 위해 마련됐다.
이번 ‘달리는 국민신문고’를 위해 국민권익위원회 전문 조사관 및 협업기관 상담관 총 20명이 군을 방문했다.
이들은 행정·문화·교육, 국방·보훈, 경찰, 재정·세무, 복지·노동, 산업·농림·환경, 주택·건축, 도시·수자원, 교통·도로 등 다양한 분야의 민원을 상담했다.
군에 따르면 이날 사전 상담 접수 16건과 현장 방문 13건, 총 29건의 민원 상담이 접수됐다.
이 중 26건은 합의·상담을 통해 현장에서 즉시 해결 또는 해소 했다.
추가적인 검토가 필요한 3건은 국민권익위원회에서 별도 접수해 해결할 예정이다.
합천군 관계자는 “달리는 국민신문고 상담을 통해 군민들의 불편 사항 및 고충이 해소됐기를 바란다”며 “지속적으로 군민들의 고충과 불편을 해결하기 위해 노력하겠다”고 전했다.
