민생당 박성준 수석대변인은 9월27일자 “풍성한 한가위 명절, 민생당이 함께하겠습니다” 제목의 논평을 발표했다. 이 논평에서 “추석 연휴가 시작됩니다. 가족과 함께 마음을 나누는 행복한 명절이지만 국민께서는 고물가 고금리 고유가 등 민생경제위기 때문에 걱정이 가득합니다”고 전제하고 “마음 넉넉한 한가위 추석 밥상엔 시름만 깊어지고 있습니다. 거대 양당의 권력 쟁투는 끝이 보이지 않고 민생 법안들은 모두 국회에서 멈춰있습니다. 이런 상황에서 맞이하는 추석 명절에 국민께 심심한 위로의 말씀을 드리는 것이 먼저인 것에 책임 있는 공당으로서 씁쓸하고 죄스럽습니다”고 강조했다.
이어 이 논평에서 “국가가 국민을 챙기는 것이 아니라 국민이 국가를 걱정하는 시대입니다. 정치인들이 국민께 도와달라고 손을 내미는 것이 아니라, 정치인들이 국민께 도와드리겠다고 손을 내미는 민생정치 실현에 민생당이 앞장서겠습니다“고 다짐하고 ”민생당은 추석 명절 기간에도 민생을 돌보고 국민의 목소리에 더욱 귀 기울겠습니다. 국민의 고통과 슬픔을 함께하고 국민께 행복과 희망을 드리는 정당이 되겠습니다. 어느 때보다 어려운 상황에서 맞이하는 추석 명절이지만 마음만은 따뜻하고 풍성한 한가위 되시기 바랍니다“고 피력했다.

Park Seong-joon, chief spokesperson of the Minsaeng Party, published a commentary on September 27 titled “The Minsaeng Party will be with you for a bountiful Chuseok holiday.” In this commentary, “The Chuseok holiday begins. “It is a happy holiday to share with family, but the people are full of worries due to the economic crisis in people’s livelihoods, such as high inflation, high interest rates, and high oil prices,” he said. There is no end in sight to the power struggle between the two major parties, and all livelihood bills are stalled in the National Assembly. He emphasized, “As a responsible public party, I feel bitter and guilty that the priority is to offer deep words of consolation to the people during the Chuseok holiday in these circumstances.”
In this commentary, he said, “We live in an era where the people worry about the country rather than the country taking care of the people.
