이날 본회의에서는 각 상임위원회에서 심사한 ‘경주시 사무위임 조례 일부개정조례안’등 21건의 조례안, ‘경주시시설관리공단 위탁 동의안’ 등 13건의 동의안, ‘2023년도 제5차 공유재산 관리계획 변경안’을 심의했다.

조례안 중 ‘경주시 사무위임 조례 일부개정조례안’을 포함한 17건은 원안 가결됐고, ‘경주시 마을세무사 운영에 관한 조례안’ 등 4건은 수정 가결됐다.

‘경주시시설관리공단 위탁 동의안’ 등 13건의 동의안은 원안 가결됐으며, ‘2023년도 제5차 공유재산 관리계획 변경안’은 수정 가결됐다.
