세종시의회, 챗GPT 이해와 활용방안 교육

세종시의회는 6일 오후 의원 및 의회사무처 전 직원을 대상으로 챗GPT 교육을 실시했다.

‘챗GPT 이해와 활용 방안’을 주제로 진행된 이번 교육은 디지털 신기술인 챗GPT에 대한 이해를 돕고 다양한 의회 업무에 활용하기 위해 실시됐다.

교육강사로 위촉된 강인태 충청남도의회 운영수석전문위원은 의회 관련 보도자료 작성, 회의록 기록, 조례 제·개정 등 챗GPT로 원하는 데이터를 얻을 수 있는 최적의 질문 방법과 다양한 활용법 등을 소개했다.

이순열 의장은 “이번 교육을 통해 챗GPT에 대한 이해도를 높이고, 의정활동에 인공지능 신기술을 활용해 효율적인 의사 운영 및 입법지원 역량을 강화하는 계기가 되길 바란다”고 전했다.

Sejong City Council conducted ChatGPT training for all members and council secretariat staff on the afternoon of the 6th.

This training, which was held under the theme of ‘Understanding and Utilizing ChatGPT’, was conducted to help understand ChatGPT, a new digital technology, and to use it in various parliamentary tasks.

Kang In-tae, a senior expert on operation of the Chungcheongnam-do Provincial Council, who was appointed as an educational instructor, introduced the optimal question method and various ways to use ChatGPT to obtain the desired data, such as writing council-related press releases, recording meeting minutes, and enacting and revising ordinances.

Chairman Lee Soon-yeol said, “I hope that this training will serve as an opportunity to increase understanding of ChatGPT and strengthen the ability to efficiently operate doctors and support legislation by using new artificial intelligence technology in legislative activities.”
