브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 경기도 김포시의 서울 편입과 관련, 부정적 여론이 더 많다는 여론조사 결과가 나왔다.
10일 한국갤럽에 따르면 지난 7일부터 사흘간 전국 유권자 1001명을 대상으로 김포시 서울 편입에 대한 여론조사를 벌인 결과, 응답자 55%는 '좋지 않게 본다'고 답한 반면, '좋게 본다'는 응답은 24%에 그쳤다. 21%는 의견을 유보했다.
사는 지역과 나이, 성별로 나눠서 분류해봐도, 대체적으로 부정적 여론이 큰 것으로 집계됐다.
먼저 서울과 인천·경기의 부정적 의견은 각각 55%, 57%였으나 긍정적 의견은 24%에 머물렀다.
다른 지역에서도 '좋지 않게 본다'는 응답은 대전·세종·충청 58%, 광주·전라 62%, 대구·경북 41%, 부산·울산·경남 48%로 나왔다.
반면 '좋게 본다'는 응답은 대전·세종·충청 25%, 광주·전라 17%, 대구·경북 30%, 부산·울산·경남 25% 등 대체적으로 낮았다.
성별로 보면, 남성 응답자 57%, 여성 53%가 김포의 서울 편입을 부정적으로 봤으며 긍정 답변은 남성과 여성 각각 24%로 나타났다.
연령별로 봐도, 40대(반대 75%·찬성 10%), 30대(66%·15%), 50대(59%·26%), 18~29세(47%·28%), 60대(40%·35%), 70대 이상(38%·30%) 등으로 부정여론이 높았다.
