월성본부, 동경주지역 취약계층에 난방유·연탄 지원

【브레이크뉴스 경주】박희경 기자=한국수력원자력(주) 월성원자력본부(본부장 김한성, 이하 월성본부)는 지난 15일 사회복지법인 해송에서 동경주 지역 취약계층을 위한 난방비 2,100만원을 지원하는 전달식을 가졌다고 16일 밝혔다.

이날 전달식에는 월성본부 김한성 본부장 및 사회복지법인 해송 전연수 사무국장이 참석해 동경주지역 취약계층 70가구에 가구별 30만원 상당의 난방유 및 연탄을 지원했다.

월성본부는 매년 11월경 동경주지역 취약계층을 위해 사회복지법인 해송과 함께 난방유·연탄 지원사업을 펼치고 있다.

올해 초에는 지속된 한파와 난방비 급등으로 취약계층의 어려움이 가중되어 추가로 2,000만원을 긴급 지원하기도 했다.

김한성 본부장은 “이번 지원으로 지역의 어려운 이웃들이 따뜻한 겨울을 보내는데 도움이 되길 바란다.”고 말했다.
