The ‘real-name policy system’ is a system that designates the person responsible for major projects and discloses the real names of participants and the implementation process in order to increase policy transparency and responsibility.
The subjects of disclosure include △ major municipal policy projects △ self-financed investment projects worth 1 billion won or more △ research service projects worth 50 million won or more △ major event projects worth 100 million won or more.
On this day, through a review by a deliberation committee composed of experts, the city announced projects of interest to citizens, such as 'Promotion of establishing a new Yangju Office of Education', 'Yangju Station area development project', 'Line 7 metropolitan rail construction project', and 'GTX-C line construction'. 34 major policy projects of the city were finally selected.
The details of the selected projects are planned to be made public through the ‘Policy Real Name (Responsibility) System’ menu on the city website.
