‘힐스테이트 가양 더와이즈’는 지하 4층~지상 49층, 3개 동, 전용면적 84~155㎡, 총 358세대 규모로 조성된다. 세대당 1.69대의 주차공간을 확보했다. 단지는 2024년 10월 입주 예정인 후분양 아파트로 공급된다.
