제15회 '인성 클린콘텐츠 정직 UCC 공모전과 베스트 인성 클린콘텐츠 어워드 대상' 시상식이 지난 02일 성황리에 개최됐다.
행사는 이날 오후 3시부터 5시까지 국회 의원회관 제1소회의실에서 200여명이 참석한 가운데 열렸다.
클린콘텐츠국민운동본부(회장 안종배), 국회미래정책연구회(공동회장 성일종 ), 한국정직운동본부(대표 박경배), KBS미디어(사장 김영삼), 한국문화콘텐츠라이센싱협회(회장 조태봉)가 공동 주최·주관한 전국 최대 규모의 공모전에 1500여명 210여 작품이 출품됐다.
작품들은 엄정한 심사를 거친 뒤 국회의장상과 교육부 장관상, 과학기술정보통신부 장관상,문화체육관광부 장관상, 여성가족부 장관상 등 대상을 포함 주요 기관장상, 총장상 및 최우수상 등 총35개의 상이 수여됐다.
올해로 15회째 진행된 인성 클린콘텐츠 UCC 공모전에는 서울뿐만 아니라 제주를 비롯 호남, 영남, 강원, 충청, 인천, 대전 등 전국의 유치원생, 초·중·고등학생, 대학생, 일반인, 기자와 전문직, 실버 어르신 등 다양한 지역과 연령층 및 직업군에서 응모했다.
작품 형식도 동영상, 애니메이션, AI 영상으로 정직한 인성과 챗GPT 인공지능의 선용, 건강한 디지털 시민의식을 주제로 다양하고 독창적이고 수준 높은 작품이 많았다.
시상식 축하공연으로 성주향 시조시인의 시낭송, 가족사물놀이단 동동의 국악 공연과 함현진 한국교육마술협회 회장 마술사의 인성 마술공연으로 시상식은 즐거움과 감동이 넘쳤다.

2023 베스트 인성 클린콘텐츠 어워드 대상은 미래사회의 핵심인 인성 가치를 확산하는 활동이 인정받아 최인호 디캐릭 대표가 과학기술정보통신부 장관상, 박성훈 소비의미학 대표가 방송통신위원회 위원장상, 이옥자 한빛유치원 꿈땅유아학교 원장이 경기도 도지사상을 수상했다.
제15회 인성 클린콘텐츠 정직 UCC 공모전 수상자로 송촌장로교회 어린이부 9명의 초등학생이 함께‘슈퍼정직 게임’제목이 작품으로 일상에서의 정직 실천을 게임 형태로 유머러스하게 표현한 참신한 아이디어가 돋보였으며, 이를 통해 다음세대를 포함 모든 세대에게 깊은 공감을 이끌어낼 수 있는 내용으로 구성되어 의미있게 전달하면서 최고 대상인 국회의장상을 수상했다.
한세대학교 4명의 대학생들이 함께 제작한 ‘정직송'은 정직한 인성 가치를 위트있게 노래와 애니메이션으로 담아내 교육부 장관상을 수상했다.
또한 국민일보 기자 3명이 함께 챗GPT 인공지능의 건강하고 정직한 사용법을 유머와 감동있게 영상으로 만든 ‘그려가는 미래, 함께 성장하는 AI’이 깊은 공감을 전달하며 과학기술정보통신부 장관상을 받았다.
한동대학교 4명의 대학생이 함께 ‘아무도 보는 이 없을 때 당신은 누구인가요?’ 제목으로 보는 사람이 없을때도 정직해야 함을 설득력있게 영상에 담아 문화체육관광부 장관상을 수상했고, 대전 중앙초등학교 학생 가족 5명이 함께 참여하여‘자녀에게 물려줘야 할 소중한 가치 정직’라는 제목으로 가족의 실제 정직 가치의 경험을 재미와 공감나게 표현하여 여성가족부 장관상을 수상했다.
특히 이번 인성 클린콘텐츠 정직 UCC 공모전에서는 가족이 함께 만든 작품과 유치원생과 초·중·고등학생의 단체 참여와 전문가와 실버 세대 어르신이 만든 작품이 많이 출품되어 대상 등 주요상을 수상하기도 했다.

안종배 클린콘텐츠국민운동본부 회장은 인사말에서 “우리 사회는 거짓된 사회와 정직한 사회의 갈림길, 또 인공지능의 노예 혹은 주인이 되는 갈림길에 서 있다. 인류의 미래는 현재 우리의 선택에 달려 있다.”며 “오늘 수상 하는 여러분의 UCC가 세상을 정직하게 하고 챗GPT 인공지능을 선용하되 인류가 주체가 되도록 선한 영향력을 끼치게 되어 미래 사회를 인류가 행복하게 만들어가는데 크게 기여하게 될것이다. 오늘 수상하시는 모든분들께 축하와 감사를 드린다.”고 말했다.
박경배 한국정직운동본부 대표이사는 인사말에서““우리 사회가 불안과 불신에서 벗어나 정직하고 진실한 곳이 되기 위해서는 정직운동이 과거 새마을운동처럼 전개돼야 한다”며 “UCC 영상을 촬영하기 위해 정직에 대해 많이 생각하셨을 여러분께서 앞으로 어디에 있던 정직의 주체가 되기를 바란다”고 밝혔다.
또 김진표 국회의장, 이배용 국가교육위원회 위원장, 이주호 사회부총리 겸 교육부 장관, 박진 외교부 장관, 유인촌 문화체육관광부 장관, 이종호 과학기술정보통신부 장관이 서면으로 축하 메시지를 전했고, 정성진 크로스로드 대표와 윤은기 한국협업진흥협회 회장이 축사를 했다.
특히 정성진 크로스로드 대표는 “우리나라에서 가장 정직해야 할 곳이 바로 이곳 국회인데, 이곳에 있는 분들이 정직하게 일할 수 있게 기도해 달라”는 말을 남기기도 했다.
