이번 사업은 대학생들의 일자리 창출과 업무 체험을 통한 다양한 진로 탐색 및 경험의 기회를 제공하기 위해 마련됐다.
참여자 선정은 공정성을 기하기 위해 오는 28일 신청자들이 직접 추첨에 참여해 52명을 선발한다.
당첨자는 안전교육 후 다음 달 8일부터 2월 말까지 8주간 전국 규모로 치러지는 초·중등 축구대회 지원을 비롯해 읍·면 사무소 등 14개 사업장에 배치돼 주 5일 시간당 9,860원을 받게 된다.
신청 자격은 공고일 현재 본인 또는 부모(보호자 포함)가 주민등록상 영덕군에 거주하는 재·휴학 대학생이며, 신청 방법은 영덕군청 홈페이지 ‘고시·공고’ 게시판의 공고문을 통해 확인할 수 있다.
참여를 희망자는 영덕군청 일자리경제과를 방문해 신청 서류를 접수하거나 등기우편으로 제출하면 된다.
이태호 일자리경제과장은 “지역의 미래를 이끌 학생들이 이번 일자리 사업을 통해 군정에 대한 이해도를 높이고 다양한 직무 경험으로 취업의 디딤돌로 삼을 수 있길 기대한다”고 전했다.
