브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 서울특별시 영등포구 여의도동 ‘공작아파트 재건축 정비사업’을 수주했다고 18일 밝혔다.
대우건설은 지난 17일 열린 ‘공작아파트 재건축사업’의 소유자 전체회의에서 여의도 1호 재건축 최종 시공사로 선정됐다.
공작아파트 재건축 사업은 1만6857㎡의 부지에 지하 7층~지상 49층 3개동 570세대 규모의 아파트 및 부대복리시설, 업무시설, 판매시설을 신축하는 사업이다. kb부동산신탁이 시행하며, 총 공사금액은 5704억 규모다.
대우건설은 소유주 전세대에 4BAY 이상 맞통풍 구조·전세대 발코니 확장을 제시했다. 또한, 입주민들의 편리한 주차를 위해 여의도 최대 규모 세대당 주차대수인 2.82대를 마련했고, 세대당 1대의 프라이빗 엘리베이터를 제공해 엘리베이터 홀을 세대 전용 공간으로 활용할 수 있게 했다.
한편,대우건설은 현재까지 4개 단지를 수주해 누적수주액 총 1조6858억원을 달성했으며, 오는 23일 시공자가 선정되는 안산 주공6단지 재건축사업도 수주 추진중이다.
