(사)아시아문화경관학회(ACLA) 학회장인 중국난징항공우주대학교 천현진 교수는 지난 12월 15일 중국 저장공업대 지강학원에서 주최한 'AIGC 디지털 디자인 포럼' 에서 기조연설을 했다.
이번 회의에는 저강학원 당서기를 비롯하여 부산 신라대학교 김병기 (전) 부총장, 미국 퍼듀대학교 김동진 교수 등 20여명의 저명대학의 학자들이 참여하였다.
이번 국제심포지엄에서 천현진 교수는 설계분야에서 인공지능의 활용에 대한 주제로 기조연설을 하여 좋은 반응을 얻었다.
천현진 교수는 “중국 저장성은 마윈회장이 창업한 알리바마의 본부가 위치하는 성으로 인구가 많은며 부자가 많은 지역이다. 이러한 지역에서는 다양한 대형조경 프로젝트가 많이 있어 해외진출을 준비하는 한국의 조경업체는 이 지역에 많은 관심이 필요하다.” 라고 전했다.
한편 천 교수는 부산 동래에서 차기 총선 출마를 고심하고 있는 것으로 알려졌다. 천 교수는 고(故) 천만호 동래구의회 의장의 아들로, 지난 총선 공천에서 탈락한 경험이 있다.
부산시 동래구지역 국민의힘에서는 김희곤 현역의원을 비롯하여 서지영 국민의힘 총무국장과 권영문 변호사가 총선에 출마할 것으로 예상된다.

At this international symposium, Professor Chun Hyun-jin gave a keynote speech on the use of artificial intelligence in the field of design, which was well received.
