브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 국토교통부는 태영건설의 워크아웃 신청으로 PF 시장 불안이 증가함에 따라, 신속한 대응체계 구축을 위한 건설산업 신속 대응반을 이달 1일부터 운영하고 있다고 2일 밝혔다.
정부는 그동안 추진해 온 시장안정 및 부동산 규제 합리화 조치 등으로 건설시장은 안정적으로 관리되고 있으나, 과도한 불안심리 확산 등에 대비해 태영건설의 건설현장과 건설·PF 시장 전반에 대한 모니터링 강화와 함께 신속한 대응이 필요하다고 판단했다.
이에 국토부는 국토부 1차관을 반장으로 건설팀, 주택팀, 토지팀, 유관기관(건설협회·공제조합·연구원 등)으로 이뤄진 신속 대응반을 구성했다.
신속 대응반은 태영건설의 건설현장과 건설·PF 시장에 대한 전반적인 모니터링을 강화하고, 공사 차질이나 수분양자, 협력업체 등의 피해가 없도록 유사시 신속한 대응을 추진한다.
아울러 기재부, 금융위, 금감원 등 유관기관과 긴밀하게 협력해 건설업계와 PF 사업장에 대한 모니터링 및 대응을 강화하는 한편, 건설업계의 애로사항을 상시 수렴하고, 신속한 제도개선도 추진해 나갈 계획이다.
진현환 국토교통부 제1차관은 “조만간 건설업 지원방안을 발표할 계획”이라며 “앞으로 신속 대응반을 중심으로 건설업계와 긴밀히 소통하며 PF 시장 불안에 적극 대응해 나갈 것이다”고 말했다.
