브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 롯데건설 박현철 부회장이 올해 초 신년사에서 밝힌 안전 경영을 실천하기 위해 지난 8일 서초구 잠원동 소재 안전상황센터에서 전국 현장을 점검하며, 현장 중심의 안전경영 행보에 나섰다.
이날 박현철 부회장을 비롯한 박영천 안전관리본부장 등 경영진이 참석한 가운데, 롯데건설의 전국 현장에 설치된 CCTV를 통한 모니터링과 함께 2024년 무재해 선포식을 진행했다.
안전상황센터는 지난해 10월 개관한 이후 12월까지 총 179건의 재해를 예방했다. 전담인력이 상주해 실시간으로 집중 모니터링 실시하고, 위험 발생시 핫라인을 통해 작업구간을 즉시 중지시키며, 주기적인 모니터링 결과 분석을 통해 제도를 개선해 반영하고 있다.
안전상황센터에서 전국 현장 점검을 시작으로 박 부회장을 비롯한 임원은 월 2회 ‘안전소통의 날’을 통해 직접 현장 방문하며 안전을 점검하고, 현장과 본사 간의 소통에 나선다.
올해는 현장에 추가로 이동식 CCTV을 도입해 안전상황센터에서 사각지대까지 관리할 수 있도록 안전보건 모니터링 시스템을 강화할 방침이다.
또한, 롯데건설은 안전조직을 안전보건경영실에서 안전보건관리본부로 격상하고, 파트너사 안전 교육과 함께 하도급 입찰제도를 개선하는 등 안전보건 제도를 강화하고 있다.
